WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
‍
The aim of the Camp is the development of Synchronized Skating Coaches and the members of their Teams to a higher technical level and the introduction of Synchronized Skating in new areas where it is not yet traditionally pursued.
Top, world-class Coaches will moderate the Camp. Daily off-ice classes will include theory, GOE and IJS requirements, music lectures, physical education/fitness, ballet, jazz/mime/expression, relaxation/yoga, movement to music, theatre and modern dance technique lectures.
For a more personal learning effect, the experts will be available for one-to-one contact with participating Coaches.The ISU Synchronized Skating Development Camp is designed for Junior aged participants of a Team with the following age requirements: A member of a Team is eligible for participation if the Skater has reached the age of 13 but not the age of 19 by July 1 preceding the Camp, which corresponds to the ISU Junior age restriction.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
‍In our Contemporary Skating Workshop, you'll deepen your skating skills, foster  your expressiveness, and discover new possibilities for arm movements – all inspired by contemporary dance. Maja Luther and Malin Schädlich will guide you through a varied program featuring choreography, technical training, targeted skating skills training, and creative improvisation.
This workshop is designed for everyone: whether you simply love the feeling of dancing on ice, want to enrich your competitive programs, or are returning to figure skating after a break. Contemporary Skating is a valuable addition for every career and every level! You can expect a total of at least six hours of ice time, complemented by at least three hours of off-ice dance training. The off-ice training provides a solid foundation and specifically supports your expression, musicality, skating skills, and arm movements on the ice.
The workshop is open to all figure skaters, regardless of club affiliation. Even if you are not currently part of a club, you are very welcome. We look forward to an exciting national and international exchange!
